• Urban Bounce is designed for all ages, from energetic toddlers to fun-loving adults! Our minimum age is 3 years, and we offer sessions suitable for kids, teens, and adults. Children under a certain age may be required to play in designated sessions or have a supervising adult to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Spectators may enter the event venue free of charge when accompanying a paying participant. For safety and insurance reasons, only ticketed players are permitted on the inflatable course. Supervising or assisting a participant on the course requires a playing ticket.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable activewear that allows easy movement. For safety reasons - Jeans, jewelry, and cloths with sharp objects or buckles are NOT permitted on the Inflatable course.

    Grip socks are required for all players and are available for purchase on site if you don’t already have a pair.

  • If a session is cancelled, delayed, rescheduled, or cut short due to weather or any other factor outside of our control we will do our best to accommodate new session times, extended session, or lastly a refund in some cases.

  • Urban Bounce – Pop-Up Event Terms & Conditions

    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Urban Bounce pop-up inflatable events operated by Urban Bounce Pty Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket, entering the event site, or participating in any activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Event Nature & Acceptance of Risk
    Urban Bounce events involve physical activity and the use of inflatable structures. Participation carries inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

    2. Eligibility & Supervision
    • Children under 16 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver and accept these Terms.
    • Children must follow staff instructions at all times.
    • Certain sessions may be restricted by height, age, or capacity for safety reasons.

    3. Adult-Only Sessions
    Adult-only sessions are strictly for participants aged 18 years and over.
    • Valid photo ID may be required for entry.
    • No children are permitted during adult-only sessions.
    • Alcohol, drugs, aggressive behavior, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
    • Adult-only sessions may involve higher intensity activities and reduced supervision ratios.

    4. Medical & Physical Condition
    By participating, you confirm that:
    • You are physically and medically fit to take part.
    • You are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions during the waiver process.

    5. Waiver & Liability
    All participants (or guardians) must complete a waiver prior to participation.
    To the maximum extent permitted by law:
    • Urban Bounce excludes liability for personal injury, death, or property damage/loss.
    • Our liability is limited to resupplying services or refunding the ticket price.
    Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    6. Behavior & Safety Rules
    Participants must:
    • Follow all safety rules and staff directions.
    • Wear socks at all times (grip socks recommended).
    • Avoid dangerous or reckless behavior.
    Urban Bounce reserves the right to remove participants for safety or misconduct with no refund.

    7. Bookings, Tickets & Entry
    • Tickets are valid only for the session booked.
    • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or refusal of entry.
    • Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by Urban Bounce.

    8. Refunds, Cancellations & Weather
    • Change-of-mind refunds are not provided.
    • If an event is cancelled by Urban Bounce, a refund or credit will be offered.
    • Events may be delayed, modified, or cancelled due to weather, venue issues, or safety concerns.

    9. Photography & Media
    Urban Bounce may take photos or videos for marketing purposes.
    By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed unless you notify staff in writing prior to entry.

    10. Personal Property
    Participants attend at their own risk. Urban Bounce is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

    11. Force Majeure
    Urban Bounce is not liable for failure to operate due to events beyond reasonable control including weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.

    12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of WA courts.
